  "text": "This Order brings into force on the 1st January 1971 sections 116 and 117 of the Transport Act 1968 (which relate to highways carried by bridges, and to the bridges carrying those highways, over railways and inland waterways of the British Railways Board, the London Transport Executive and the British Waterways Board) in so far as those sections were not brought into force on the 1st January 1969 by the Transport Act 1968 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1968 (S.I. 1968/1822).",
