# Transport Act 1968, Section 13: Power to make grants.

Extent: E+W

(1) The Authority shall have power to make grants to the Executive for any purpose.
(2) This section does not apply to—
(a) the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, or
(b) the West Midlands Combined Authority.
