  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Transport Act 1978.\n(2) Sections 1 to 4 and 22 of this Act do not extend to Scotland.\n(3) This Act, except sections 15, 17 to 21 and 23 to 25, does not extend to Northern Ireland.",
