(1)

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—

(a)

a reference to a section followed by a number is a reference to the section bearing that number in the 1980 Act, and

(b)

a reference to an Article followed by a number is a reference to the Article bearing that number in this Order.

(2)

In this Order, and in any of the provisions of the 1980 Act which are mentioned in this Order, a reference to “the 1960 Act” shall be construed in accordance with section 44(1) of the 1980 Act.
