The provision made by section 33 for the insertion into section 1 of the Minibus Act 1977 of a new subsection (1A) shall, from 6th October 1980 until the date on which this Article is revoked, be construed as if the reference in paragraph (c) in the said subsection to section 19(1) were a reference to sections 127(1) and 129(1) of the 1960 Act.
