Article 7

Every road service licence granted as required by section 134 of the 1960 Act and every backing made in accordance with section 137 of that Act shall, from 6th October 1980 until the date on which any such licence or backing would have expired under the terms on which it was granted or made, be deemed to be a road service licence granted under section 5.
