In a case where on or after 1st April 1981 there is being operated a vehicle in respect of which a public service vehicle licence is in force the following amendments shall be deemed not to have occurred, namely—

(a)

the amendments to section 152 and 158 of the 1960 Act specified respectively in paragraphs 8 and 10 of Part I of Schedule 5 to the 1980 Act, and

(b)

the amendments to Schedule 5 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967 specified in paragraph 4(2)(b) and (c) and (3) in relation to that Act in Part II of Schedule 5 to the 1980 Act.
