the sections of the 1980 Act specified in column (1) of Part I of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the subject matter specified in column (2) of that Schedule in respect of those sections),

the paragraphs of Part I of Schedule 5 to the 1980 Act specified in column (1) of Part II of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the sections of the 1960 Act specified in column (2) of that Schedule in respect of those paragraphs),

the provisions contained in Part II of Schedule 5 to the 1980 Act for the amendment of Acts (other than the 1960 Act) mentioned in Part III of the Schedule to this Order, and

the repeals specified in Part I of Schedule 9 to the 1980 Act relating to provisions of the enactments specified in Part IV of the Schedule to this Order
