# Transport Act 1980, Paragraph 4


(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), no right, liability or obligation under any agreement for the rendering by any person of services to the Corporation as a member of the Corporation shall be transferred by virtue of section 45.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to any liability for remuneration or allowances payable in respect of any period before the appointed day.
