In paragraph 5 of Schedule 16—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (2), for “either of the authorities to whom this section applies” substitute “ the Scottish Group ” and for “authority” in both places where it occurs substitute “ Group ”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (3), for “the authority or subsidiary in question” substitute “ the Scottish Group or, as the case may be, the subsidiary in question ”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (4), for “either or both of the authorities to whom this paragraph applies” substitute “ the Scottish Group ” and for the words from “authority” to “each of those authorities” substitute “ Group ”.
