  "text": "Subsection (1) of section 144 of the 1960 Act (drivers’ and conductors licences) shall cease to have effect so far as it requires a person acting as conductor of a public service vehicle on a road to be licensed for the purpose under that section or prohibits the employment for that purpose of a person not so licensed.",
