# The Transport Act 1981 (Commencement No. 7) Order 1982, Note: Explanatory note


By this Order 1st November 1982 is appointed as the day on which the provisions of the Transport Act 1981 specified in Article 2 come into force. These provisions relate to disqualification from driving for repeated offences.
