Those provisions comprise the amendments made by that Act to the law relating to electrically assisted pedal cycles driving etc. under the influence of drinking or drugs, and to driving or being in charge of a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit, and matters ancillary thereto.",
