  "text": "(1) A director may resign his office by notice in writing to Associated British Ports.\n(2) The office of director is vacated if the director—\n(a) becomes there is substituted “is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order , an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, a debt relief restrictions order or an interim debt relief restrictions order (under Schedule 4ZB of the Insolvency Act 1986), or in Scotland has his estate sequestrated ...; or\n(b) becomes of unsound mind; or\n(c) is absent from meetings of the directors for a period of more than six months without the permission of the directors.",
