The 20th December 1982 is hereby appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Transport Act 1982 come into force, namely—

  • Part I (the National Bus Company),

  • Section 64 (proceedings in respect of offences in connection with Crown vehicles),

  • Section 67 (extended pension provision for members of transport Boards), and

  • Section 71 (Northern Ireland).
