# The Transport Act 1982 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1983, Article 3


The 11th April 1983 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Transport Act, section 57 (authorisation of head-worn appliances for use on motor cycles), section 63 (amendment of certain penalties) and section 65 (marking of builder's skips) come into force.
