  "text": "By this Order—\n(a) 1st April 1983 is appointed as the day on which paragraph 10(b) of Schedule 5 to the Transport Act 1982 comes into force.\n(b)11th April 1983 is appointed as the day on which sections 57, 63 and 65 of that Act come into force.",
