# The Transport Act 1982 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1983, Note: Explanatory note


By this Order—
(a) 1st April 1983 is appointed as the day on which paragraph 10(b) of Schedule 5 to the Transport Act 1982 comes into force.
(b)11th April 1983 is appointed as the day on which sections 57, 63 and 65 of that Act come into force.
