  "text": "In this Part of this Act—\n“the Bus Company” means the National Bus Company; and\n“subsidiary” shall be construed in accordance with section 736 of the Companies Act 1985 and “wholly owned subsidiary” shall be construed in accordance with section 736(5)(b) of that Act.",
