Article 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1985 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1986.

(2)

In this Order—

  • “the 1981 Act” means the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981;

  • “the 1985 Act” means the Transport Act 1985; and

  • “road service licence” has the meaning given in section 82(1) of the 1981 Act.
