  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1985 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1986.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the 1847 Act” means the provisions of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 with respect to hackney carriages;\n“the 1889 Act” means the Town Police Clauses Act 1889;\n“the 1981 Act” means the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981;and\n“the 1985 Act” means the Transport Act 1985.",
