# The Transport Act 1985 (Commencement No.7) Order 1987, Article 3: Transitional Provision


There shall be added to regulation 5(3) of the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 the following sub-paragraph:
“or (c) section 21(2) of the Transport Act 1985 (a small bus operating under a permit granted under section 19 of that Act).”.
