  "text": "In section 159(1) of the Transport Act 1968 (interpretation)—\n(a) for the definition of “bus service” there shall be substituted the following—\n““bus service” means a local service other than one on which the passengers travel together on a journey, with or without breaks, from one or more places to one or more places and back”; and\n(b) the following definition shall be inserted at the appropriate place—\n““local service” has the same meaning as in the Transport Act 1985;”.",
