# Transport Act 1985, Paragraph 15


In section 24(2) of that Act (co-operation between Passenger Transport Executives and the National Bus Company and the Scottish Transport Group), for the words from the beginning to “Act” there shall be substituted the words “In the case of any area which is a passenger transport area for the purposes of Part II of this Act”.
