# Transport Act 1985, Paragraph 25


In section 55(3) of that Act (definitions of expressions used in the penalty fares provisions), for the definition of “bus service” there shall be substituted the following—
“”bus service’ means a local service within the meaning of the Transport Act 1985 other than an excursion or tour within the meaning of that Act;”.
