Article 1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Air Traffic Services) (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into force on 15th August 2025.

(2)

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(3)

In this Order, “the Act” means the Transport Act 2000.
