# The Transport Act 2000 (Air Traffic Services) (Amendment) Order 2025, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 15th August 2025
The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 98(2) and 103(1) and (2) of the Transport Act 2000 (“the Act”), having consulted with the Civil Aviation Authority in accordance with section 103(8) of the Act.
