  "text": "The following provisions of the Transport Act 2000 shall come into force on 15th January 2001—\nsections 201 to 210 (and accordingly Schedule 14),\nsection 222,\nsection 241,\nsection 250 (and accordingly Schedule 26),\nsection 252, in so far as it relates to paragraph 50 of Schedule 27, and\nsection 274, in so far as it relates to the repeal (in Schedule 31) of sections 7(10) and 113 of the Railways Act 1993.",
