  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2001/57 (C. 3) and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nTRANSPORT\nMade 22nd January 2001\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of his powers under sections 275 and 276 of the Transport Act 2000, hereby makes the following Order:—",
