# The Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001, Paragraph 2


Notwithstanding the amendments made by paragraph 1 of Schedule 27 to the Act to section 43 of the Transport Act 1962 (charges and facilities: general provisions), that section shall continue to apply in relation to any undertaking of the British Railways Board which commenced before 1st February 2001 or which commences after 1st February 2001 in consequence of any liability incurred before that date.
