  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2002/658 (C.16) and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nTRANSPORT\nMade 27th March 2002\nThe Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 275(1) of the Transport Act 2000 hereby makes the following Order:—",
