  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 20th December 2001\nComing into force 21st December 2001\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by each House of Parliament in pursuance of section 277(3) of the Transport Act 2000.\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 277(1) of that Act hereby makes the following Order:",
