# Transport Act 2000, Paragraph 55


(1) Section 1 of the Railway Heritage Act 1996 (bodies to which Act applies) is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (f) substitute—
“(f) the Strategic Rail Authority (“the Authority”);”.
(3) In paragraph (g), for “that Director” substitute “ the Authority ”.
