  "text": "This Schedule applies if—\n(a) the court has made an air traffic administration order in relation to a licence company (the existing licence company), and\n(b) it is proposed that on and after the appointed day another company (the new licence company) should carry out licensed activities in respect of all or part of a licensed area.",
