# Transport Act 2000, Paragraph 44


(1) Section 154(3) (extent) is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) section 36(1), (4) and (5);”.
(3) For paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c) sections 124 and 129(3);”.
