  "text": "(1) For the purposes of the provisions mentioned in sub-paragraph (2)—\n(a) a licence holder carrying out activities authorised by its licence is to be taken to be a statutory undertaker;\n(b) its undertaking as licence holder is to be taken to be a statutory undertaking.\n(2) The provisions are—\n(a) the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947;\n(b) section 4 of the Requisitioned Land and War Works Act 1948;\n(c) the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949;\n(d) the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951;\n(e) the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954;\n(f) section 39(6)(b) of the Opencast Coal Act 1958;\n(g) section 11 of the Land Compensation Act 1961;\n(h) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(i) section 18 of the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1963;\n(j) Schedule 3 to the Harbours Act 1964;\n(k) Schedule 6 to the Gas Act 1965;\n(l) the New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968;\n(m) paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the Countryside Act 1968;\n(n) section 22 of the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968;\n(o) sections ... 296 and 611 of the Housing Act 1985.",
