  "text": "(1) In Schedule 4 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Eurocontrol) paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (5) omit the definition of “record”.\n(3) After sub-paragraph (5) insert—\n“(6) For the purposes of this paragraph a record includes (in addition to a record in writing)—\n(a) a disc, tape, sound-track or other device in which sounds or signals are embodied so as to be capable of being reproduced from it (with or without the aid of some other instrument);\n(b) a film, tape or other device in which visual images are embodied so as to be capable of being reproduced from it (with or without the aid of some other instrument);\n(c) a photograph.”",
