# Transport Act 2000, Paragraph 10

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The CAA may impose a penalty on a licence holder if it has determined that the licence holder is contravening, or has contravened, a requirement of—
(a) an enforcement order, or
(b) an urgent enforcement order that has been confirmed.
