# Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 18: Road service licence renamed


(1) In section 4(1) of the 1967 Act (grant of road service licences), for the words “ “road service licence”) to provide such a service as may be specified therein” there shall be substituted the words “ “bus operator's licence”) ”.
(2) In section 81(1) of the 1967 Act (interpretation)—
(a) after the definition of “the Authority” there shall be inserted the following definition—
““bus operator's licence” has the meaning assigned to it by section 4(1);”;
(b) the definition of “road service licence” shall cease to have effect.
