# Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 22: Provision of railway services


In section 55 of the 1967 Act (provision of railway services), in subsection (1) (duty of railway undertaking), after the words “in Northern Ireland” there shall be inserted the words “ in accordance with any service agreement under the Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 ”.
