# The Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) Rules 1992, Article 10: Notices to owners and occupiers


(1) Not later than the date of the application the applicant shall serve upon every person, other than the applicant, named in the book of reference described in rule 7(5) a notice in the form of Form 5 in Schedule 3 below.
(2) In every case to which the provisions of rule 7(7) above apply, the applicant shall not later than the date of the application serve a notice in the said form in the manner provided in section 66(4).
