# The Transport and Works (Guided Transport Modes) (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 2: Citation and commencement


Article 3(2) of the Transport and Works (Guided Transport Modes) Order 1992 shall be amended:
(a) by substituting the words “for the carriage of passengers or goods” for the words “wholly or mainly for the carriage of passengers”; and
(b) by inserting before the word “and” the words “, “goods” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Railways Act 1993”.
