# The Transport and Works (Guided Transport Modes) (Amendment) Order 1997, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the meaning of a mode of transport in the Transport and Works (Guided Transport Modes) Order 1992 to include in the modes prescribed by that Order those whose purpose is the carriage of goods.
