# The Transport and Works (Inquiries Procedure) Rules 1992, Article 18: Notification of decision


Where the Secretary of State has published and given notice of his decision under section 14 and a copy of the inspector’s report, together with any assessor’s report appended thereto, is not sent with the notification of the decision, the notification shall be accompanied by a copy of the inspector’s conclusions and of any recommendations made by him; and if a person entitled to be notified of the decision under section 14(1) has not received a copy of that report, he shall be supplied with a copy of it on written application made to the Secretary of State within 4 weeks of the date of the decision.
