  "text": "(1) In section 8 of the London Hackney Carriages Act 1843 (c. 86) (metal ticket to be issued to licensed driver of hackney carriage)—\n(a) for “metal ticket” substitute “badge”, and\n(b) omit “or engraved”.\n(2) In sections 10, 17, 18, 19, 25 and 27, for “ticket”, in each case where that word occurs, substitute “badge”.",
