Section 22 Regulations

Any power to make regulations under section 18, 19 or 21—

(a)

includes power to make provision in respect of such cases only as may be specified in the regulations and to make different provision for different circumstances, and

(b)

shall be exercised by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
