Article 4 Works and maintenance powers, protective provisions, etc

(1)

The enactments set out in Schedule 2 shall apply in relation to—

(a)

Transport for London, or

(b)

any subsidiary of Transport for London,

as they applied to London Regional Transport or any subsidiary of London Regional Transport immediately before the coming into force of this Order.

(2)

Paragraph (1) has effect subject to any modification made by Schedule 1 to any of the enactments set out in Schedule 2.
