# The Transport for London (Consequential Provisions) Order 2005, Article 2: Modification of the London Local Authorities Act 1995


(1) Schedule 1 (which amends provisions of the London Local Authorities Act 1995 in respect of Transport for London) shall have effect.
(2) Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 shall cease to have effect on the coming into force of the repeal of section 4 of the London Local Authorities Act 1995 by Part 1 of Schedule 12 to the Traffic Management Act 2004.
