# The Transport for London (Consequential Provisions) Order 2007, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in SI 2005/56 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 405(2) and 406(1) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999.
