Coming into force 3rd July 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 157(1) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:—
